These terms apply to the use of this website and to equipment rental bookings with LedWallOnRent.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are valid for 7 days and are itemised for equipment, transport, setup and operators. A booking is confirmed once we receive the advance payment stated in the quote.
Payments
The balance is payable before or on the event day unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices exclude GST unless stated.
Cancellations and changes
Date changes are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before setup may forfeit the advance.
Venue access and power
The client arranges venue permissions, access for setup and adequate power supply or generator backup as specified in the quote.
Equipment care
Equipment is operated by our crew. Damage caused by third parties, weather beyond the stated ratings or misuse at the venue may be charged at repair cost.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
